Account Creation & Security
To register with 102, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Creating an account with false information is prohibited, and any such account may be closed at any time.
Each user may only operate one account. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of these terms, and all associated accounts may be suspended or permanently closed.
- You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential.
- Sharing your login credentials with third parties is strictly prohibited.
- Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to 102 immediately.
- Proof of identity or address may be requested for account verification.
102 uses SSL encryption to keep your data secure; however, you are responsible for protecting your own device and password.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
All users are required to comply with the following rules while using 102:
- The platform may not be used for any unlawful activity.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account is strictly prohibited.
- Modifying, copying, or distributing the platform's software or code is not permitted.
- Betting via bots, automated software, or any other fraudulent means is strictly prohibited.
- Using false information or multiple accounts to claim promotional offers or bonuses is not permitted.
- Harassment or abusive behavior toward other users or staff is strictly prohibited.
In the event of a violation of the above rules, 102 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice and to forfeit any pending balance.
Payments, Transactions & Account Policy
All financial transactions on 102 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved payment methods.
- Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed on the platform.
- Withdrawal requests typically take 1–3 business days to process.
- You must use a payment account registered in your own name.
- Transactions through third-party accounts are not permitted.
- 102 may place a hold on transactions suspected of money laundering or other suspicious activity.
Withdrawal requests may not be processed until account verification is complete. Bonus and promotional funds may be subject to separate withdrawal conditions, which will be outlined on the relevant offer page.
Under our account policy, inactive accounts with a remaining balance may be subject to an administrative fee after a set period. Upon requesting account closure, any remaining balance will be returned after verification.
